Built by logic. Driven by words.
Bukar Mamadu is an engineer, poet, songwriter and creator whose work sits at the intersection of structure and imagination.
His creative journey began with poetry and grew into books, lyrics, music and experimental AI-assisted sound — all grounded in one constant: the words are human-written.
Poetry came first.
Bukar’s journey into poetry began after the death of his mother, Elizabeth Gadzama, who passed away at the young age of 49.
Writing became a way to process grief, memory and the questions that follow profound loss. What began as a deeply personal response gradually developed into a lasting relationship with poetry.
Over time, those written ideas expanded into published poetry, lyrics and eventually music.
Human-written words. New tools for sound.
Bukar’s lyrics begin with his own writing, ideas and lived perspective. Technology enters later in the process, helping shape those words into musical form.
The result is a creative process rooted in poetry while exploring new ways of producing and presenting sound.
One mind. Different disciplines.
Engineering, poetry and music are different languages for solving and expressing ideas.

Meaning
