Although BukarSkywalker is operated from Nigeria, we currently apply the same opt-in standard for non-essential technologies to visitors regardless of location.

Bukar Mamadu is responsible for determining how cookies and similar technologies are used through BukarSkywalker where he controls that processing.

BukarSkywalker does not currently operate an active website analytics service through the present consent configuration.

4.4 Marketing and external media

BukarSkywalker contains optional third-party media services.

Because these services may contact external systems and may use cookies or similar technologies, BukarSkywalker blocks them until the relevant consent is provided.

5. YouTube

BukarSkywalker contains embedded content provided by YouTube.

Before the relevant consent is given, BukarSkywalker blocks the YouTube embed from connecting to the provider.

If you consent and activate YouTube content, your browser may connect directly to YouTube or related Google infrastructure.

Depending on YouTube’s systems and your own Google settings, information processed by the provider may include:

  • your IP address;
  • browser and device information;
  • the page from which the media was loaded;
  • interaction information;
  • video viewing information; and
  • cookies or similar device storage.

YouTube and Google determine their own processing practices once their service is activated. Their own privacy terms apply to that processing.

6. Spotify

BukarSkywalker contains embedded media provided by Spotify.

Spotify content is blocked before the relevant consent is provided.

If you consent and activate Spotify content, your browser may connect directly to Spotify infrastructure.

Information processed by Spotify may include information such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device information;
  • request information;
  • interaction with the embedded player; and
  • cookies or similar technologies used by Spotify.

Spotify independently determines how it processes information through its services, subject to its own privacy terms.

7. SoundBreak

BukarSkywalker contains media or functionality supplied through SoundBreak, including content served through app.soundbreak.ai.

SoundBreak is treated as an optional third-party media service.

Before the relevant consent is given, BukarSkywalker blocks the SoundBreak embed from loading its external provider URL.

If you consent and activate SoundBreak content, your browser may connect directly to SoundBreak infrastructure.

The information available to the external service may include:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device information;
  • technical request information;
  • the page on which the content appears;
  • interaction with the media; and
  • other information processed by SoundBreak in accordance with its own service and privacy practices.

BukarSkywalker does not control cookies or similar technologies deployed independently by SoundBreak after its service has been activated.

8. Local media

Some audio, images and other content may be delivered directly from BukarSkywalker or its hosting infrastructure.

Locally hosted media does not need to be blocked merely because optional third-party consent has been refused, unless that media itself uses a non-essential external service.

Rejecting optional technologies should therefore not prevent visitors from using ordinary website functionality that does not require those external providers.

9. Advertising

BukarSkywalker does not currently have Google AdSense or another active advertising script enabled through the present website configuration.

Advertising may be introduced in future.

Before services such as Google AdSense are activated, BukarSkywalker intends to review and update:

  • the consent configuration;
  • this Cookie Policy;
  • the Privacy Policy;
  • applicable advertising disclosures; and
  • any consent-management requirements imposed by the advertising provider.

Where advertising requires consent, the relevant technology will not intentionally be activated before the required consent is obtained.

10. External links

The website contains ordinary links to third-party services, social-media accounts, music platforms and other websites.

An ordinary external link is different from an embedded service.

Simply displaying a link does not itself cause the destination service to load inside BukarSkywalker.

If you choose to follow an external link, you leave BukarSkywalker and the privacy and cookie practices of the destination service apply.

11. How to change your consent

You may change your privacy choices at any time.

Use the Manage Consent or Cookie Settings control available on BukarSkywalker.

From there you can review the available categories and change your selection.

Rejecting non-essential technologies does not prevent the website from using technologies that are strictly necessary for the website, security or consent system to operate.

You may also use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and other stored website information.

Browser controls vary between browsers and devices.

Deleting BukarSkywalker consent cookies may cause the consent banner to appear again because the website no longer has a record of your previous preference.
