1. About BukarSkywalker
BukarSkywalker is the creative platform of Bukar Njidda Mamadu, featuring original writing, lyrics, poetry, music-related work, books, ideas, creative projects and selected commercial and licensing opportunities.

The Song Request functionality allows users to submit lyrics, concepts, creative direction and related information for review.
By submitting material, you confirm that:

- your submission does not knowingly infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, contractual or other legal rights;
- you have the authority to request the proposed service; and
- the information you provide is materially accurate.
You retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully hold in your submitted material.
You grant BukarSkywalker a limited permission to receive, store, reproduce internally, review and process the submitted material only to the extent reasonably necessary to assess or respond to your request and, if separately agreed, provide the requested service.
Submitting material does not transfer ownership of your lyrics or other creative work to BukarSkywalker.
Submitting a Song Request does not guarantee that the project will be accepted, completed, commercially released or achieve any particular creative or commercial result.
8. Confidential material
Unless a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement has been entered into, you should not assume that an ordinary website submission creates a confidential relationship.
Do not submit trade secrets, highly sensitive commercial information or confidential third-party material unless appropriate arrangements have been agreed beforehand.
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Creative services
Where BukarSkywalker agrees to perform a creative service, additional commercial terms may apply.

- generate revenue;
- receive streaming or audience targets;
- qualify for intellectual-property registration;
- be commercially successful; or
- satisfy the requirements of a particular third-party service.
Nothing on the website constitutes a promise of commercial success.
